Cicli Bortolotto carries out shipments calculating costs based on the weight and destination of the goods in Italy, San Marino and the Vatican City and abroad via national and/or international couriers. Generally all items are ready for delivery, therefore they are shipped within 1/2 working days (Monday - Saturday) from receipt of the balance of the order. If one or more items are not immediately available, shipping may require a few more days for supply (shipping in 4/5 working days). In the latter case, Cicli Bortolotto will inform the Customer of the extension of waiting times. The latter may possibly decide to cancel the order without having to pay any penalty.
Upon arrival of the goods, Customers must carefully inspect the package before signing as proof of delivery of the shipment. If for any reason the packaging appears to have been tampered with or if the package is damaged, customers are asked to sign the receipt "WITH RESERVE", or to refuse delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, Customers are requested to immediately report the incident to the courier and inform Cicli Bortolotto at info@ciclibortolotto.it
If the package is not delivered for reasons depending on the Customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.) or if the customer refuses delivery for reasons other than those indicated, the shipping costs will still be retained in case of return of goods.
The goods are delivered by CICLI BORTOLOTTO through its own personnel or a trusted courier.
Transport costs vary according to the delivery address indicated by the customer:
- In the event of an order with a value including VAT of less than €80.00, the transport cost is charged to the customer based on the weight and destination of the goods;
- in the event of an order with a value including VAT greater than €80.00, the transport cost will be borne by CICLI BORTOLOTTO for any destination in Italy;

Upon shipment, the Customer will be notified by email with the tracking number to monitor the progress of the shipment on the courier's website. It is possible that the tracking number is not immediately viewable on the courier's website due to delays due to the updating of the courier's systems. In this case, please try again after a few hours.

Pursuant to articles 64 and following of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206, if the Customer is a consumer (ie a natural person who buys the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or makes the purchase without indicating the VAT number in the order form), he has the right to withdraw from the contract of purchase for any reason, without any penalty and subject to the mandatory conditions indicated below. To exercise this right, the Customer must send an email to info@ciclibortolotto.it, within 14 working days of receiving the products purchased through the site and, again within this timeframe (i.e. 14 days of receiving the goods) return the goods to Cicli Bortolotto - Via Casilina 1115 - 00133 Rome (RM) subject to authorization received from Cicli Bortolotto in response to the email sent. The right of withdrawal is in any case subject to the following mandatory conditions:

- the law applies to the product purchased in its entirety;
- it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the product purchased (e.g.: accessories, attached software, etc...);
- the law does not apply to audiovisual products or sealed computer software (including those attached to hardware material), once opened;
- the purchased good must be intact and returned in the original packaging complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc...); to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, to place it in a second box; the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original packaging of the product must be avoided in all cases;
- the shipping costs relating to the return of the goods are charged to the Customer unless Cicli Bortolotto is strictly liable. In the latter case, Cicli Bortolotto will bear the cost of the shipment for the return of the goods;
- the shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the Customer;
- in the event of damage to the goods during transport, Cicli Bortolotto will inform the Customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receiving the goods in its warehouses), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier of his choice and obtain the reimbursement of the value of the asset (if insured); in this eventuality, the product will be made available to the Customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal;
- Cicli Bortolotto is not liable in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments;
- Without prejudice to any repair costs for ascertained damage to the original packaging, Cicli Bortolotto will reimburse the Customer for the entire amount already paid, within a maximum of 10 days from the return of the goods, by transferring the amount charged to the payment method chosen by the Customer during the finalization of the purchase or, differently, if agreed between the parties. In the latter case, it will be the Customer's responsibility to promptly provide the references on which to obtain the refund.
- The right of withdrawal is lost entirely, due to lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents), in cases where Cicli Bortolotto ascertains: - the lack of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging;
- the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, ...) or anomalies in the product itself;
- damage to the product for reasons other than its transport.
In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Cicli Bortolotto will return the purchased goods to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the sender.
